Brand mentoring
Over the course of the years, Phil has been fortunate to lead teams of all shapes and sizes, both cross-functionally and large commercial groups. That experience has led Phil to really enjoy offering mentoring support to both businesses and individuals.
As part of the support and someone experienced in working with agencies, Phil has offered and run in-house training sessions to enable agencies to see the perspective ‘from the client inside’.
PT, as he’s affectionately known, has been my career AND personal mentor…for the past six years. I’m not sure where I’d be, or what I’d be doing without him. He steered me through choppy stakeholder and industry waters during my Seafish days, supported me and some serious brand growth when it was crunch time at Taylors Snacks – and has been an unwavering shoulder of wisdom during my recent redundancy. He’s helping me get back on the ladder, and keep my head up – more than anyone else I know.
